that he does. He has worked on and supervised multi-million dollar condominiums and
custom homes, which has given him valuable experience in scheduling, organization and construction techniques.

Tom has the C.A.P.S. designation:
Certified Aging-in-Place Specialist.
He has been trained in the unique needs of the older adult population, can help with aging in place home modifications,
and find solutions to common barriers. The CAPS program addresses the codes and standards, common remodeling
expenditures and projects, product ideas and resources needed to provide comprehensive and practical aging in place solutions.
